Who we are

This website is operated by Dodesyn, a brand identity studio based in India. We are the controller of the personal information described in this policy. You can reach us at hello@dodesyn.com.

What we collect

We only collect what you choose to send us.

• Inquiry form: your name, email, company, country, the service you need, budget range, timeline and message.
• Booking a call: the details you enter in our scheduling tool, such as name, email and answers to booking questions.
• WhatsApp and email: whatever you include in messages you send us.
• Analytics: anonymous, aggregated visit data such as pages viewed and referring site. We use a cookie-free analytics tool that does not identify you or track you across sites.

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies.

How we use it

We use your information to reply to your inquiry, prepare for and hold calls, send proposals, and deliver work if we agree a project. Our lawful basis is your consent and, once we discuss a project, the steps needed to enter a contract with you.

We never sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing.

Who processes it

We use a small number of trusted services to run the studio. Each processes data only on our instructions.

• Form delivery (Web3Forms)
• Call scheduling (Cal.com)
• Email hosting on our own domain
• Messaging (WhatsApp Business)
• Website hosting and analytics (Cloudflare)

Some of these services store data outside your country. Where that happens, we rely on the provider’s standard contractual safeguards.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry and call details for up to 24 months, unless we start working together. Project records are kept for as long as needed for contractual, tax and legal purposes.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, including under the GDPR, the UK GDPR and India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict use of your personal information, to withdraw consent, and to complain to a data protection authority.

Jurisdiction

This policy is governed by the laws of India. Nothing in it limits rights you have under the law of the country where you live.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
